As part of an assignment in a design class, we were tasked with creating a vibrant and intriguing flyer for an upcoming Career Development workshop on campus, geared towards students within the Web Graphics Design school. I incorporated the colors and logos for the particular school, styled per the DeVry corporate style guide, and integrated what would be a familiar and telling image to all design students, a screen shot of Adobe Dreamweaver. Utilizing the split code and design views for Dreamweaver, I was able to show the results of the guest speakers and details as the header of the page.

In an attempt to garner new members for Euro-board gaming group that I helped administrate, I designed a flyer that would immediately be recognized by most individuals as board gaming related, one based upon the property cards for Monopoly. As Euro-gaming does not normally include games such as Monopoly, this was a way of bring people familiar with one concept into an arena in which they could be exposed to another facet of the genre.

As part of the design campaign for Coffee & Cookies, we were instructed to design an ad that could appear in a magazine, utilizing the previously created logo along with details about the business and a tag line. Two versions were to be created, one representing a morning based customer and one towards an evening/night based customer. This is the morning based ad.

As a way to inform other customers of the cafe in which our Euro-board gaming group meets of the timing and open based membership of our events, this card was designed for the cafe's bulletin board. Its focal item, the meeple, is a standard playing piece in many of the Euro-games played by our group.
